Sparkling Hard Apple A semi-sweet, sparkling hard cider made from a complex blend of six different apple varieties that were selected for their crisp flavor and complexity. Goes well with pork rib chops, grilled sausage, and chicken.

A semi-sweet fortified apple cider (Apple Port), made from our own distilled apple-jack, aged 2 years in used French oak barrels, and non-filtered (pulp present). Goes well with apple based dishes and pork.
